Aaron “The Amman” resurrected my DD10 Velodyne Subwoofer. After several technicians pronounce the Sub dead. I step out on faith on someone I had never meant, someone that I had not track record with with. Aaron was a true professional in the true sense of identifying the problem, and never promised something that he could deliver on. He turned water into wine. After communicating with Aaron, he restored what goodness and kindness, along with professionalism meant to people who have been swindled; and deceived by false assent.  Aaron erased all doubts and fears.  Aaron besides being an outstanding audio technician, you are a great person, a man who values family.  I will be sending him Another sub to correct. I have  an old amp that that I used to

Aaron repaired a ~15 year old Velodyne DD12+ for me that involved replacing the entire main circuit board.  The sub is back to performing as it did before the failure. At his direction, I removed the entire back plate/electronics boards and sent it to him.  From first contact with Aaron to getting the new board back took almost 2 months, but his knowledge and skill in diagnosing and repairing the product right the first time made it worthwhile. I had a Velodyne DD15 subwoofer that was not working and my local repair person was unable to diagnose the problem. I reached out to The Amp Man and he replied right away to ask a few questions and make sure he understood the issue before agreeing to take a look. I shipped the subwoofer to him and he was able to diagnose and fix the issue in just one day! He then packaged it carefully and returned it to me in perfect working condition.
